There are better things to do in life than fight your way round a supermarket and haul all your stuff in and out of your car. Food shop now takes 10 minutes sat on the sofa with a cup of tea. Or a glass of wine! I cannot fault Ocado in any way. Drivers are always on time, helpful and polite. Occasionally they even call you up to see if they can deliver earlier than you booked but if you're not home yet it's always fine with them. I think in 12 months I have only had one damaged item. A quick phone call and you get a sincere sounding apology from a real person, a refund plus a voucher to spend on your next shop. Substitutions for items they have run out of is very very rare and usually quite good any ways, unlike feedback I get from friends who use other supermarket delivery services.
