The overall shopping experience is very good. I like that there is the option to buy Waitrose products as well as Ocado and branded goods. Sometimes there is an issue regarding the shelf life of some of the perishables, which have used by or best before dates a day or two after delivery.
The use of money off vouchers and the SMART PASS membership is very helpful to someone like me who is single and on a budget.
