Very pleased with the service. Easy to shop online after a few sessions. Usually have the required delivary slot even on short notice. Polite and helpful delivary staff, who bring the shopping in for me. Rarely unavailable products or substitutions, more reliable than other grocery delivary companies tried, although beware at Christmas and Easter as there have been problems with delivary of essential items. Customer service staff very helpful on telephoning; don't bother emailing as the system is too slow to respond effectively. I will continue to use Ocado.
