I have been an Ocado customer for over 12 years now and am extremely pleased with the service I have received over that time. I find the products I order have been carefully selected, be they fresh goods or otherwise and things are not just about to reach their 'sell by' dates, as can happen with other supermarket online services. The drivers are always courteous and friendly. They are helpful, informative and really seem to take an interest in me as a customer...asking where I would like my order putting, explaining any substitutions (a rare occasion) and requesting any used bags. I like the text and email advice I receive and being kept informed if the delivery is going to be delayed. The only thing I can criticise is sometimes things can be packed in a hurry...or so it seems as items such as 'Fresh Tiramisu' can be packed on it's side and not horizontally and so the dessert ends up squashed into a corner and quite unappetising. Otherwise I am extremely happy with Ocado's service and look forward to continuing our excellent relationship.
