Hello, i've take over my partners account and stopped using my old one. Since doing so i noticed that my other account (which is inactive) gets offers that my current account (which i spend lots of money) on gets offers that my current one doesnt. I think you should reward your spending customers the same / more than people you are afraid have forgotten about you. We order a lot of large soups (fresh soups in plastic packaging), they are always put in a bag together, like 5 or more. Often one or two of them breaks, just below the lid or at the very bottom. You might need a system like with beer / wine to transport them as i think it is from them coming in contact with eachother while being carried in and put down. Everything else is great, the drivers always friendly and on time... system works etc. You are always improving and browsing the website is painless and surprisingly enjoyable. Thank you.
