We are very happy with Ocado because there are always offers on what We buy every week,plus they are generous with insentive's including a £10 voucher for wine this week we don't feel our custom is taken for granted they work to keep us and we like that.Any issue's are always delt with promptly over the phone.Drivers are very pleasant and helpful.I would recommend that the smart pass is taken up it really is value for money.We are retired now so have a budget and we feel the quality we get from Ocado make's us feel that we are actually not cutting back.We keep waiting for the customer service to slip and it has'nt so long may it continue.
