Ocado home delivery has been a godsend for our family. The products have been of excellent quality and the choice and variety is very good. I can even buy my favourite Swedish products.
We have had a couple of occasions where the packing in the warehouse has not been good and items have arrived in a broken condition and spilled over other items in the same carrier bag, i.e. coleslaw, cream and eggs.
I also wonder why Ocado don't send out vouchers to loyal customers as do most supermarkets? Prior to payment, there is always the option to enter vouchers, although I hardly ever have any vouchers to enter.
