Lovely drivers, usually no substitutions, nice stuff and always on time. Meat purchases aren't always reliable so I have to go to M&S. Likewise fruit. Some squashed items but not as bad as Tesco. Ocado does cost a bit more but because it is more reliable than Tesco's I'll stick with it.
