Great service, love the hour slots rather than Waitrose's two hours. Really appreciate that your virtually never substitute anything in my orders. I cook to recipes so missing or incorrect items can be a real pain. Drivers lovely, always offer to deliver right into the kitchen. This is greatly appreciated as I have back problems and heavy lifting not good for me. The check on Tesco's pricing is good, I have had a rebate on a couple of occasions. On the odd occasion when goods not quite up to the usual high standard appreciate the online rebate so much better than endless hanging on the phone.
