Ocado is quite simply brilliant. Using the app on my phone means I can constantly edit my shopping basket, adding items that I have forgotten no matter where me or my husband are. I cannot fault their supply system. Other delivery services are useless at forewarning you of any changes or substitutes, however Ocado hardly ever has to change anything. If they do you know well in advance. Their customer service team are also brilliant. Always fast to respond and helpful. I have often checked their prices with other supermarkets - again no complaints here either. Extremely competitive with their offers. Paying a set monthly amount for unlimited deliveries also makes life so much easier. In summary I think Ocado are amazing! Why wouldn't you want to use a friendly, punctual, competitive, thoughtful shopping service that delivers to your door when you want them to?!
