I have been shopping with Ocado for eight years and in that time only experienced one late delivery and that was at Christmas so was not a problem.
Very rarely do I have substituted or damaged items and the drivers are always very helpful and polite.
My only criticism is the way the bags are packed ie one small item in one bag and many heavy items in another.
On the whole a great service.
