I am a regular loyal and very happy customer of Ocado. I am happy with the wide range of groceries and other household necessities you offer, but I am mostly impressed by your ability to plan and deliver in 1 hour timeslots. Having many bad experiences with delivery of much more expensive items (eg furniture), this is very appreciated. Also very happy that other shops are joining your delivery, wish there were more of them! If there was any little area for improvement, it would be occasional packaging of heavy items (eg bottles of water) on top of things like yogurt, cakes etc, sometimes ending messily. All the best.
