The range of products is excellent and missing items or substituted items are very rare. However, the packing of items in the bags is occasionally haphazard with heavy items sometimes being placed on top of (and damaging) fragile items that are underneath. Also, items like boxes of cakes are sometimes put in the bags upside down, which damages the contents.
