I have tried all the supermarkets and ocado is the best grocery delivery service by far The packing is occasionally haphazard (for example a bottle of coke sqashing a cake) but even this has improved recently. Items are sometimes forgotten, but whatever the problem (squashed cake or missing item) ocado will give you a refund at the click of a button! I love the one click additions option too!
