Guidance regarding storage, shelf life and ingredients is also very good. Items are rarely missing and hardly ever substituted. The drivers arrive on time or telephone and the vast majority are helpful, friendly and professional. Problems are resolved on the doorstep but if found after the driver has left the company is quick to process refunds. The range of products is excellent including organic food and household items such as bedding and kitchen ware. I am a happy customer!
