We like Ocado a lot! Most deliveries work really well: on time, with friendly drivers, all items available.
There is still sometimes a problem with squashed items, usually when a bag is overfilled, or light and delicate items mixed with heavy items.
The quality of goods is usually high, but the pineapples and coriander pots stand out as being really poor (see product reviews) and we would so like to see proper corn (not 20% corn wheat) tortillas.
We get the odd grumpy driver but generally receiving our shopping is happy experience!
