I have been with Ocado for 7 years now. Can't fault them.
If there is a problem with an item I have always been refunded with the cost, no questions asked. Most of my deliveries have been on time too. The only thing I would say is that sometimes I have had to wait for quite a long time before my phone call is answered. Today though it was answered straight away so I was really pleased. There are lots of savings on many items so I am happy. All in all very I would recommend Ocado.
