I have been using Ocado for a few years now.they are brilliant.
The drivers are courteous and nearly always offer to bring the shopping through. Sometimes things have to be substituted and usually the alternative is ideal, occasionally it isn't, so you just hand it back to the driver and a refund follows. On occasions when I have phoned head office,I have found the staff to be very helpful.
