I've loved shopping with Ocado over the last 10 years and I especially love that Ocado stock the smaller english enterprise, branded goods that probably fit into the "gourmet" category. I also love the one hour delivery time slots, with mostly cheerful, helpful delivery drivers. There is of course a negative, "packing"..... bag packing leaves a lot to be desired. It is very frustrating to find my fresh coriander sitting under litres of milk, whilst other fresh herbs and salad have made it into other bags. I would have thought that they'd somehow land in the same bag and travel together..... sadly not! Advise that another Ocado shopper gave has stuck with me, to say, if I wouldn't have picked that item up and paid for it in a supermarket, then I will request a refund, this is mostly successful, although the window for on-line refund requests is too short. That said, Ocado delivers a great service that I'd be lost without.
