I use Ocado because it's online service is reliable and I know I can rely on quality. Plenty of hourly time slots , drivers are always punctual helpful and polite and only very occasional grocery replacements . I like Waitrose products and the availability of fresh deli and fish etc . I find the website easy to use and the 5p for each returned bag is good policy too!
