I find the whole Ocado experience so convenient and easy to access with so much choice. The produce is always fresh; well packed into freezer, fridge and cupboard bags making it easy to unpack and put away.
The delivery persons are always polite and helpful.
The only criticism that I have is having to pay for bags-I know I could give them back and be reimbursed but I re-use them for rubbish. A suggestion to you is that you invest in strong paper sacks ( as the American supermarkets do)
