I like the unfussy customer care and the efficiency & reliability of the delivery service. Small things like the delivery staff wiping their shoes on the doormat when they come in to drop off the bags make a difference. They are also quite responsive to customer suggestions - eg they supply a particular type of tea I like which I asked about as it is difficult to get all year round from other grocers and they put elastic bands round the egg cartons which I think is a response to customer suggestions . The website is also really straightforward to use and you can save money by identifying offers on yr favourite brands and checking yr trolley total too.
