I switched to Ocado from Tesco, after putting up with late deliveries and mediocre service for some years.
Ocado shines, not only are deliveries always on time, their drivers couldn't be more helpful, pleasant and willing to put the delivery exactly where I need it. I also like the fact that they email me on the day of delivery, telling me that everything is there.
I just got a 'birthday present' too, to celebrate two years as a customer.
