By using Ocado it has changed my opinion of on line shopping. I have been using Ocado for 11 months now. I have tried it with other supermarkets and was not impressed. I will continue to use Ocado for my weekly shop. If there are any delays (only one so far and that was due to problems on a motorway) the driver kept me informed as to when he would be arriving.
