Piece of "£%$# service! - the delivery was more than 3 hours late, never arrive and when I tried to contact customer service. Jorge R. - the only visible part of the name on the chat - couldn't help me because the email I used to register didn't match their security check. And it didn't matter I shared with them a screenshot of the account setting (where you can see the email address), the receipt for the purchase, the email I got from the app. nothing! - and the funny was that they were able to see my purchase and confirm the driver was late, but the only thing that matter to them was that the f@~#k system didn't recognise my email address.
Long story short, I got an email this morning saying, "the driver missed my address", and they processed an automatic refund. No apologies for the inconvenience, only an automatic a msn saying "sorry, we miss you"!! - Oh really Ocado! And I miss 3 hours of my life!!
