I have been a very satisfied customer since befoe the Andover fire. Now, though, the situation has completely changed as a result of the awful confusion and delays caused by the disfunctional website.
I am 92 and have serious health issue so am self-isolating and rely entirely on online shopping. Please, Ocado, is there some way, as a highly vulnerable person , I can have quick access to the site to book and oder future deliveries ? I need help., not hassle.
