Ordering was simple and the delivery person was extremely pleasant and polite.
My major disappointment however was that part of my order could not be fulfilled. I had ordered two different sizes of plates both of which were available at the point of ordering but only one was available at the date of delivery; I am now trying to source the missing plates elsewhere but am having difficult in locating them and there is no indication that they will be available from you anytime soon.
