I love the idea and the ethos. I like the cleaning products - comparable to others on the market. But my issue is with the bottles, particularly the spray mechanism. They seem to work OK on the first use, but following refilling (particularly the bathroom cleaner) they often block, meaning they won't spray. The other problem is that the spay mechanism often seems to leak when left standing - meaning you open the cleaning cupboard and are faced with a wet shelf that needs cleaning. In the grand scheme of things, these probably seem quite trivial problems, but it's irritating when paying a premium price for a product that doesn't seem to have been tested enough in the real world.
