I received my starter pack with all the bottles and the refills. I was very impressed that each refill had its own sticker to he put on the bottle. I have tried the kitchen degreaser and I was amazed at how it got the grease off my oven wired rack which I've been trying to remove with other brands and without success. I'll be buying again for my refills and no more throwing away empty bottles.
