What a brilliant idea! Online ordering was quick and hassle-free. We got the Starter Kit (5 products with 5 eco-friendly spray bottles). Great fun attaching the supplied identification stickers (!) then just drop the refill pod in, fill with warm water and shake until the whole lot has dissolved. Products seem very effective and have a pleasant subtle scent that is not overpowering. Best bit is that refills are only half the price of the initial outlay as the bottles are reusable (and are actually very sturdy). A great product from a company that knows the meaning of 'customer service'. Thoroughly recommended - we are already looking at other products to order.
