nein, ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Seit 5 Tagen kommuniziere ich mit dem Customer Support, weil die Handyhülle eingerissen bei mir angekommen ist. Angebot ist "20% Reduktion, weil die Hülle so schnell kaputt gegangen ist". Meine Antwort, dass ich bei einem defekt gelieferten Produkt einen vollen Refund oder eine Ersatzhülle erwarte wurde mit einem Autoresponder beantwortet, der mir suggeriert, ich hätte eine Turtle Patenschaft gekauft. Da läuft so einiges nicht ganz rund.
