Ich habe bereits das dritte Cover bei Oceanmata bestellt, nun mit einer Kette zum Tragen des Telefons. Leider war eines der Abdeckungen an der Kette innerhalb einiger Tage verloren, da sich diese beim Tragen der Kette gelöst hat. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundendienst habe ich direkt einige Lösungsvorschläge (Rabatt, Reklamation, Austausch der Kette) erhalten. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Bearbeitung und Rückmeldung.
