The product itself o cannot fault and delivery was quick. I could not open the jar of the container. I tried everything .. i googled ideas abd still could not open it. My hands were burning and the paint had come off the lid from trying. I felt silly but contacted the live chat. This is where the 2 stars went This to me was not i live chat as each question took so long that they had to send you a email to say they had reply to the point, I had to email amyway. They did replace the item in the end. Dont think the Live chat shoukd be there if no staff to man it. X
