Customer service was great. Immedite phone help. The screen we bought unfortunately makes is quite hard to see the screen because it has security as part of the formula and so if two of us try to Facetime or Zoom always one cannot see or both can only see half the screen. Plus, the shield makes the type hard to read all of the time even if one brightens up the screen in preferences. I assumed it would be equally clear as before attaching the screen. Perhaps the one without security would do this. Wish it were available.
