I do photography and editing affected my eyes making me blink squint and lean forward into my lap top...I also woke up most days with a headache and on occasions a migraine... since having this shield on both my iPhone and laptop I’ve not suffered any of these.. it also drew my attention to my tv and I found out you can adjust the blue light in settings on a smart tv ... I must admit I was skeptical and after doing some research I decided to go with Ocushield even though there were many cheaper alternatives.. I so glad I made that choice...
