I found it a little disconcerting at first seeing the blue reflection all the time, but I am getting used to it now. I haven't actually noticed any different in my sleep quality but perhaps that will come with time. I am very certain that it will block all blue light and it is a good protective screen. It was the easiest to fit that I have ever known
