I’ve had an ocushield screen protector for my phone for over a year now. It has really helped my sleep hygiene as my eye don’t feel wired if I use my phone when I wake up in the middle of the night and I’m able to get back to sleep more easily. I could really appreciate the difference when compared to my computer screen. And as I do the majority of my computer work at night, I recently bought an ocushield for my air book and really like it. I can work late into the night and not go to sleep with my eyes overstrained and overstimulated. Plus, I like knowing that my son’s eyes are also protected when he watches a show. The computer screen does limit the radius for where the viewing is clear. If you have the screen adjusted so it’s straight on, it is perfectly clear but if you are standing at angle to the screen it is more opaque. If that is going to bother you then I recommend setting it up with removable option. Otherwise. I think it’s small price to pay for eye health.
