Actual product is excellent, bought for iPad and iPhone mini, screen works as stated and is a great help in reducing eye strain.
Due to my error (wrong one ordered) an exchange was effected - the customer service staff were excellent too, however the promised exchange for correct one was not actioned promptly by the despatch warehouse and required my chasing up. If tbhis had not ocurred I would have rated Ocushield excellent instead of good.
