This is my first pair of blue light glasses and purchased after doing a search online for best blue light glasses. I am happy thus far. I purchased because I work late into the evenings on my laptop and have had trouble sleeping/falling asleep. Since wearing these, my sleep has improved, for which I am very grateful. The glasses have a loose fit, which I like because I do use them while sitting and don't need a tight fit for athletic reasons and they do not give me headaches like other glasses where the fit presses on my temples. I can wear them over glasses too, if needed. Enjoying my purchase so far.
