It is hard to measure the exact effect - I do have a very bad habit of maybe watching a movie on Netflix before going to sleep ....I have found since I purchased the Ocushield that I do not always finish the movie so it does appear that the claim works ....and my nighttime pattern kicks in quicker by blocking out the blue light. Need more time to know as my sleep is also affected by how much physical work I have done on the same day. But it does seem really beneficial and I don't regret deciding to try Ocushield. Thanks for your research.
