I bought the anti-blue light glasses both night and day time, as well as the anti blue light screen protector for my mobile phone. I noticed the eye strain & headaches stopped. I now wear the anti blue glasses all the time, including to counter harsh LED street lamps & indoor lighting. I recently bought the Oculamp - I'm still playing with the settings, but love the choice of light intensity & appreciate the low light night time setting.
