Great customer service! The screen protector I ordered was the incorrect size. I emailed about the issue right away and received a timely response that gave me options on how to solve this problem. It was a very collaborative experience that had a smooth outcome that ended in me receiving a new screen protector for my laptop. I will need to custom cut the piece in my own, but I'm happy with the customer service I receieved. High quality products and great customer service, highly recommend this company and their products!
