I have both a phone and screen protector; both are amazing! I spend most of my working day on my laptop and phone; it reduced my headaches and dry eyes dramatically.
I recently dropped my phone and thought i had cracked the screen. When i took it to Apple for repair they showed me that the screen protector had actually saved my phone and the actual screen itself wasn't damaged at all.
