Oddbins, particularly Stefan, was fantastic with our large company wine order of client gifts this year. We had over 100 addresses with 350 bottles of wine. The customer service from Stefan was excellent, he was always on hand to help despite a ridiculously busy period. We needed a tracking system which we had been failed on previously from other wine merchants and the system set up for us was very good - especially with Stefan's help and wonderful service. We were also able to add gift messages and also, company Christmas cards should we have wished. We opted for the gift messages only as it was such a last minute order for Oddbins they couldn't accommodate the Christmas cards as our company could not deliver them to Oddbins in time for packing - due to the previous wine merchant letting us down at the very last moment. I'm extremely grateful Oddbins could even accommodate our last minute order. They worked very efficiently and effectively at helping us get our orders delivered the week we had requested.
