Ein Glas war beschädigt und ist leider teilweise ausgelaufen. Auf Mails wurde einmal reagiert und dann einfach nicht mehr und die Rufnummer funktioniert nicht (Verbindung bricht nach Auswahl „Privatkunde“ ab). Schlechter Service und auf den Kosten für das defekte Glas bleibe ich nun wohl auch sitzen.
