They required that I fill out a myriad of questions and submut photos of my property with the promise that I would receive an Offer within 24 hours. Its a lie! They do not submit an offer via email. They only want to salez pitch the hell out of you over the phone so don't waste your time filling out questionaires and submitting photos. Samuel Fonda
