Wife and I were very worried about listing our house and having to deal with random strangers touring it and wearing shoes in the house (we are clean freaks lol). Super satisfied with our final sale price and the entire process was very smooth and easy. And it ultimately led to being able to get our dream home so if I had to do it all over again I would every time.
