After email exchange with Customer Service, I decided to cancel my order as they weren't able to confirm it directly even when paid with Paypal and after providing them with all documentation required!!!! They claim to have Live Chat but guess what? THEY DON´T HAVE LIVE CHAT!! What a HUGE disappointment to something which could have been an easy straight forward transaction. Also, answering a query under 1 hour is NOT the same as RESOLVING a query, Shame on you!
