The Office Depot in Temecula has online ordering with curbside pickup. Their sign for the curbside pickup is as clear as mud. It just states they have curbside pickup and how to check in. It doesn't state where to park. I parked in the first parking space closest to the door and told them the make, model and color of my car. There were only about five cars parked by the store. After waiting about 5 minutes I texted them that I was still waiting. I had to go inside where I found out their pickup parking area is on yellow lines on the two-lane road that runs directly in front of the store. I picked up my order inside the store from a designated area a few steps from the front door. There is no accountability for picking up any order. Anyone could walk in the front door, take someone else's order and walk out the front door.
