I ordered a scanner online. After realizing that I actually needed a whole new printer, I then upgraded and order a combination of a printer/copier/scanner online. I went to my local store to return the unopened scanner. I was told I would not be able to return an online purchase in the store. I called the Office Depot phone number 4 different times within 30 days to return the scanner. Each time, the phone person told me they could not personally take care of returning the scanner and they would forward the information to the appropriate people. The last call was 19 minutes. I didn't track the amount of time I spent on previous phone calls. I have never been able to get this resolved. Total lack of faith in this company. Not interested in ever giving this company business again. Terrible customer service.
